1. Return & Refund Policy

Y4RDS is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as our products are released in limited drops and availability cannot be guaranteed.

1.1 Your Right to Cancel

As a UK-based consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@y4rds.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

1.2 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• Returned within 28 days of the delivery date
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Gift cards

1.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@y4rds.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1.5 How to Return

To initiate a return, email contact@y4rds.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

1.6 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
